URGE TURKS TO MASSACRE
ALL GREEKS IN THRACE

  SALONIKI, June  4. - A   proclama-
tion inviting  the Turks  to massacre
the Greeks in Thrace  has  been dis-
tributed at  Adrianople.  The  text of
the proclamation  is published  here.
  General Herbert,, commanding the
Third   French  Army,   has   arrived
here on  a  special  mission.  He has
conferred  at  length  with   General
Paraskevopoulos,  the  Greek  Com-
mander in chief.
